XXXV RALLYE ELBA STORICO - TROFEO LOCMAN ITALY: ENTRIES OPEN

From yesterday until Wednesday 6 September, the race is in its decisive phase, that of accepting entries.
Scheduled for September 14th to 16th, it will be the seventh round of the Italian Historical Rally Championship (CIRAS), as well as being valid also for the "Italian flag" of medium regularity.
Incentives are foreseen for foreign crews, with a view to continuing to think of the race as the identity of the Elba area abroad.
Capoliveri (Isola d'Elba-Livorno), 17 August 2023 – From yesterday, registrations are open for the XXXV edition of the Rallye Elba Storico-Trofeo Locman Italy, a period that will extend until Wednesday 6 September.
The iconic event organized by Aci Livorno Sport will be the seventh and penultimate round of the Italian Historic Car Rally Championship and will also be valid for the Tuscan Rally Trophy as well as for the promotional series of the A112 Abarth Trophy, the Memory Fornaca and the Historic Michelin Trophy. Then, an unmissable appointment for the event, will be "XXXV Elba Graffiti" of medium regularity, valid for the Italian Championship of specialties, also in this case an unmissable appointment for specialists, both for the prestige of racing on the island of 'Elba, both to be able to do sport and tourism together.
The preparatory work for the event on what is the third largest Italian island was carried out, as has been the case for many seasons, in concert with the Elba community, an increasingly fundamental commitment which has always led to high-level results, such as the 14 different nations represented by the competitors last year, a tradition that has once again brought great image benefits to the island. Precisely to reiterate the strong "tourist" vocation, the race is able to offer foreign crews a discount on the entry fee and free ferry passage for racing cars and vans. All this must be confirmed by the interested parties by 20 August.
A ROUTE DESIGNED AS TRADITION WANTS
The two thousand twenty-three edition will have important distinctive features, with a route defined as "important", with a good 249.680 kilometers of which 120.690 of competitive commitments, eleven in total, 32.60%, in three days of competition. Still speaking of the route, there will be a review of the Capoliveri test, proposed in two versions, the other special tests will be a "classic", decidedly always current and another important novelty will be the departure from Porto Azzurro, while the checkered flag it will continue to fly in Capoliveri, in Piazzale Australia, where there is also a Service Park.
In order not to be too invasive with the daily life of the area, the rallye will take place for the first stage (Thursday 14 and Friday 15 September) in the eastern part of the island, while for Saturday 16 it will be concentrated on the western side. A solution that has always been appreciated by both the population and the participants.
