After completing the applicable online registration procedure, it is mandatory to send the Entry Form, duly completed in all its parts, by email to acilivornosport@acilivorno.it before the entry closing date, 9 September 2026.
The Entry Form is available on the official event website and must contain all the information requested by the Organiser.
The following documents/information must also be provided:
- Copy of the first page of the car's HTP
- Complete invoicing details
- Copy of the bank transfer confirming payment of the entry fee
INTERNATIONAL RALLY
FIA EUROPEAN HISTORIC RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP
PRE-1992 / PRE-2000
All crews wishing to take part in the International Rally must complete the applicable FIA online registration procedure through the FIA registration platform.
FIA ONLINE REGISTRATION ENTRY CLOSING: 9 SEPTEMBER 2026FIA EHRC CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRIES
All crews wishing to score points in the FIA EHRC Championship must submit their entry using the standard entry form for their Championship available through the FIA registration platform.
The FIA registration platform requires a User ID and password to access the entry system. Crews are strongly advised not to wait until the last moment to complete their registration in order not to miss the entry closing date.
The Organiser may also request additional information from competitors through an Entry Form to be completed and returned by email.
FIA EHRC WILDCARD ENTRIES
Any competitor wishing to run within the FIA EHRC priority seeding may enter the rally as an FIA EHRC Wildcard.
The cost is €107 per event and must be paid through the FIA registration platform.
FIA EHRC Wildcard entries are not eligible to score Championship points, but will run within the FIA EHRC Championship registered crews.
On Leg 1 they will be seeded according to expected performance. On subsequent legs they will be mixed according to the results classification order. Restarters will rejoin in a starting position based on expected performance.
FIA EHRC Wildcard entrants are eligible to win trophies.
Wildcard entrants must use the Entry Form available through the FIA registration platform and submit it duly completed before the entry closing date.
NON PRIORITY DRIVERS (NPD)
Any other crews with vehicles eligible for Categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, who are neither registered in the FIA EHRC Championship nor entered as a Wildcard, must use the appropriate Entry Form available through the FIA registration platform and submit it duly completed before the entry closing date.
NPD crews will run together on all days of the competition, always following all FIA EHRC Championship registered crews and FIA Wildcard entries in all classes and categories.
It is mandatory to attach all the documents required by the FIA online procedure, as they are necessary to complete the registration for the event:
- Copy of the valid Competitor's licence
- Copy of the valid Driver's licence
- Copy of the valid Co-driver's licence
- Copy of the Driver's driving licence
- Copy of the Co-driver's driving licence
- Driver's photograph
- Co-driver's photograph
- Copy of the first page of the car's HTP
- Copy of the bank transfer confirming payment of the entry fee
The Entry Form must be correctly completed in all its parts and sent to the Organiser before the entry closing date.
The FIA registration platform requires a User ID and password. Crews who do not already have access credentials should request them well in advance of the entry closing date.
ACI TRACKING COURSE – BeTraced
CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION
All Competitors, Drivers and Co-drivers taking part in the XXXVIII Rallye Elba Storico – EHRC are required to complete the ACI eLearning course concerning the ACI safety tracking device and successfully pass the related test.
The course is available at the following link:
ACCESS THE COURSEA copy of the course completion certificate must be sent to: acilivornosport@acilivorno.it
The certificate should be submitted by the entry closing date, 9 September 2026.
Failure to provide the certificate will result in refusal to start the event.
BETRACED INFORMATIONADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS AND ROAD BOOK COLLECTION
During Administrative Checks and Road Book collection, the following document must be delivered in original:
SCRUTINEERING PROCEDURE
Competitors must complete the required technical declarations and deliver the originals directly to the Chief Technical Scrutineer.
The required forms can be downloaded from the official event website.
ELECTRONIC INVOICING
For electronic invoicing concerning payment of the entry fee, please complete the invoicing form with all the required information:
- Company name
- Name and surname
- VAT number and/or Tax Code
- Recipient Code and/or PEC address
Send the completed form to: acilivornosport@acilivorno.it together with a copy of the bank transfer confirming payment of the entry fee.
DOWNLOAD INVOICING FORMSERVICE PARK AREA REQUEST
Competitors requesting a Service Park area must complete the dedicated form and send it directly to the Service Park Manager, Mr Fabrizio Prestifilippo, no later than 9 September 2026.
DOWNLOAD SERVICE PARK REQUEST FORMFERRY DISCOUNT CREDENTIAL
To receive the ferry credential allowing access to the dedicated discounts, it is essential to clearly indicate a valid email address on the Entry Form.
Once the Entry Form has been received and registered, the ferry voucher will be sent to the email address indicated on the form.
